Return Process

  Sleep on It

  We require a mandatory 30-night break-in period to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return.

  Contact Support

  If you still wish to return or exchange your item after the trial period, reach out to our customer care team via email or phone with your order number.

  Donation or Pickup

  For mattresses, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item; for smaller accessories, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the donation receipt is verified or the returned item is received at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
