How long does it take for my mattress to ship?

All mattresses are custom-crafted in our USA-based factory. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your bed leaves our facility.

Do you offer a sleep trial period?

Yes, we offer a 120-night risk-free trial. We ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust before initiating a return or exchange.

What is the warranty on Brooklyn Bedding mattresses?

We stand behind our quality with a 10-year full replacement warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

Does my mattress require a specific type of frame?

Our mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes box springs, platform beds, slatted frames (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), and even adjustable bases.

How is the mattress delivered to my home?

We use advanced compression technology to roll-pack your mattress into a compact box. It is delivered directly to your doorstep via FedEx for easy setup and maneuverability.
